A quotation begins with a defined scope
A useful construction quotation explains the work being assessed, the basis of measurement and the conditions that affect delivery. The first enquiry helps establish that basis. Use the form to describe your project, its location and the stage you have reached. You may be planning a new house, comparing options for a refurbishment or preparing a civil works package. It is better to identify uncertainties clearly than to fill the form with figures that appear precise but have not been checked.
Information that makes a difference
Include the municipality, the approximate size of the work and a description of the existing site. Explain whether machinery can reach the work area and whether the building or surrounding space will remain in use. Tell us about any drawings, specifications, measurements, surveys or studies already available. If your project includes several services, describe the overall result you need. A new parking area, for example, may involve excavation, retaining edges, drainage, a suitable base and surface finishing. Listing only the final surface can leave important parts of the scope undefined.
Timing, alternatives and assumptions
State your preferred timing and the reason behind it, such as an opening period, a tenancy change or coordination with other work. A preferred date is a planning input, not a confirmed commitment. If you are considering alternative materials or construction approaches, explain which choices remain open. This allows options to be assessed on comparable terms. Where quantities or site conditions are uncertain, the eventual proposal should identify the assumptions and explain how changes would be reviewed. Clear exclusions are as important as clear inclusions when comparing offers.
What happens when you send the enquiry
Selecting the send button transmits your enquiry to ECOSTA by email. First check your name, reply address, project municipality and description. Confirmation appears when the mail server accepts the message; it is not an order, an accepted quotation or a booking of dates. If delivery cannot be confirmed, a notice appears and your details remain in the form for review. You can also contact us directly by phone, email or WhatsApp. The subsequent conversation can clarify the documents required, a possible site visit and the scope of the proposed work.
Review before you send
Check that the prepared message identifies the correct location and includes a way to contact you. Remove personal details that do not help explain the project. If a figure is only an estimate, say so, and if a drawing has been superseded, use the current version. A concise and accurate enquiry is more useful than a long collection of files whose relationship is unclear. You can send additional documents after agreeing the best way to share them.
