Browsing and the form session
The contact and quotation pages use the technical session cookie ecosta_form. It helps validate the form origin and prevent resubmission of an enquiry already accepted. The cookie contains a session identifier, not the message text. It is configured as a session cookie with HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax; on HTTPS it is also Secure. It is not used for analytics or advertising. Language selection follows the page address without a preference cookie. Fonts, icons and images are hosted with the website. Service filters and the navigation menu do not use tracking identifiers or advertising storage.
Links that open another service
Telephone, email, WhatsApp, map and social profile links are optional actions. External services are not embedded in the page and are opened only when you choose the corresponding link. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you visit them. A link to an external service is different from loading its tracking widget automatically during page navigation.
Changes after deployment
The hosting configuration and any future analytics, embedded media or marketing tools must be reviewed before publication or activation. If non-essential storage or tracking technologies are introduced, the required information and consent mechanism must be implemented first. This notice describes the delivered application code; it must be updated if the deployed site behaves differently. For questions about the website, contact info@ecosta.cat.
Checking and managing the session
You can inspect cookies and storage using your browser tools. If you clear or block the session cookie, you may need to reload the form before submitting an enquiry. Unsent information is not permanently saved in your browser and is not restored after a page reload. A successful submission transfers the message to the ECOSTA mailbox. Temporary attempt counters do not contain the enquiry text. Clearing cookies does not delete emails already sent; use the contact details in the privacy notice to exercise your rights or discuss a message you previously submitted.
No preference panel is needed for the current version
Because the delivered application does not use optional tracking or advertising storage, it does not present a banner inviting visitors to accept such technologies. Adding a banner would not itself change how data is processed. If new tools are introduced later, their actual behaviour must be assessed and the information and choices shown to visitors must correspond to those tools.
