ECOSTA Construccions
Privacy
Use only the personal information needed to explain your enquiry.
Contact information and purpose
ECOSTA CONSTRUCCIONS SL is the contact organisation for enquiries sent to info@ecosta.cat or the company telephone number. Information voluntarily provided in a project enquiry is used to respond, clarify the requested services and, where appropriate, take steps towards a proposal or contract. Requests connected with a possible contract are handled on that basis; other ordinary correspondence is handled to respond to the legitimate enquiry. Do not include sensitive personal information or documents unrelated to the project.
How the form works
The form sends your name, email, optional telephone, municipality, service and message to info@ecosta.cat. ECOSTA uses these details to respond to your enquiry; your email address is used as the reply address. The connection between the website server and the mail server is encrypted. The website does not create a database of enquiries or accept attachments. Your message is retained in the company mailbox under the retention criteria described here. A technical session and temporary attempt counters help prevent improper submissions. These controls are not used for advertising and do not contain the message body.
Retention and service providers
Correspondence is retained for the time needed to deal with the enquiry and any applicable contractual or legal obligations. Access should be limited to the people and service providers involved in handling it. The hosting service may process technical access records needed to operate and protect the website. This version does not embed advertising trackers, external analytics, maps or social widgets. If the way the website collects information changes, this notice must be reviewed before the new processing begins.
Your rights and contact
You can contact info@ecosta.cat about access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability of your personal data where applicable. Explain the request and provide only the information necessary to establish the relevant correspondence and your identity. You may also raise a concern with the Spanish Data Protection Agency through its official website, www.aepd.es. The availability of a particular right depends on the circumstances and the applicable data-protection rules.
Enquiries made on behalf of another person
If you contact ECOSTA for a property owner or organisation, provide only the information you are entitled to share and explain your role. Do not include identity documents, bank details or unrelated third-party records in an initial enquiry. If additional information is needed for a later contractual step, its purpose and the appropriate means of providing it should be clarified separately. This helps keep the first exchange proportionate to the project discussion.
